Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how Paweno handles shipping for orders placed through this store. The product page and checkout show the processing information, available destinations, delivery estimate, shipping rate, taxes, and carrier details that apply to the order.

Before you order

Check the shipping address carefully and review the delivery estimate and shipping charge for that address before completing checkout. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, remote-area service, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.

Processing and delivery timing

If a processing or delivery timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout, that information applies to the order. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we expect to ship within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you or applicable law requires another approach.

If Paweno cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about the delay. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent to a revised shipping date or refund payment for merchandise that has not shipped.

Order changes and address errors

Contact us as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect address or need to request a change. We cannot promise that a change or cancellation will be possible after an order has entered processing or has shipped. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may apply where permitted by law.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent to the contact details entered at checkout. Contact Paweno if tracking has not updated for an unusual period, an order arrives damaged, or an order appears delivered but cannot be found. We may ask for order details, photographs, or other information needed to investigate.

Taxes, duties, and destination charges

Taxes, shipping charges, and any available destination charges are shown at checkout. For cross-border orders, import duties, customs charges, or other fees may be assessed by the destination country or carrier and may be payable by the recipient unless the checkout or product page states otherwise.
